I have even mailed the customer care about the issue asking for a replacement. I haven't received any word from them.
Nitro 5 AN515-58-50YE model display is dim at max brightness. Hello, my friend recently bought this model under my suggestion because it was advertised as a 300nits display (so same nits as my Legion 5). But since using it for a week she repopted that the display looks dim even at max brightness. Just wondering what I could suggest to help her
